It is that time of year to start thinking about losing your holiday pounds. Or in some cases the weight you accumulated over the year!
In my case it is my baby weight. It is about time I stop taking it easy and get back on track.
The thing that I do that I FINALLY found to be successful, after a ton of research, was the Tracy Anderson Method. I know why would I want to do that? Well, believe it or not she is not a lot of hype. To me, and by proof of my results, she is the real deal.

She is my little miracle and I truly believe that using her method while I was pregnant prevented me from gaining more weight then I needed. I honestly only gained about 15 pounds and I had a 9lb baby! Trust me that was work!
By no means is this work out a walk in the park. If you are not into hard work then this is defiantly not for you. However, you should trust me when I say this really works. I was fairly active before I joined the Tracy band wagon. I loved riding my bike, jogging, going on long walks, lifting weights, and just working out in general.
My body though was not changing. I stayed a size 8-10. Once I found the method and became a believer I came down to a size 4.
After I had my son the weight just came off, but I was left with untoned and flabbiness! That is slowly going away with the help of Tracy Anderson’s Post Pregnancy workout! Trust me, even after using the method for over four years I am struggling! I love that this workout challenges you in ways you have never been challenged before. And though you may do some of the same moves as you continue on, they really kick your butt. For instance, I am working on my arms at this moment and I am so sore! You would think this was my first time! What is really cool is she integrates these little arm movements that actually feel good and take away the burning.
At the end of the workouts I really do feel incredible. Even if I will never look like Tracy Anderson or even Marissa Miller, I am very happy with my results.
The thing that Tracy gave me was finally having the contentment of being me. I actually love my body!
